1. Preparation before production:
1.1 Power supply, voltage, compressed air pressure, furnace top fan operation is normal.
Whether the oven temperature can meet the needs, etc., confirm that all equipment can operate normally before the production.
1.2 According to the “production plan” to prepare the corresponding wood grain paper or wood grain film.
According to the size of the section of the profile, the required length of the grain paper is split, Generally, the width of the sizing is 3 to 5 cm wider than the circumference of the section.
1.3 There is no dust in the heating oven, and the work site is dust-free.
2.Quality inspection (operation):
2.1 The profile produced shall be inspected according to the national standard or the standard set in the factory, and the shape and appearance shall be inspected, and the profiles with surface quality defects such as bending, twisting, bubble, and scratches shall be selected out.
2.2 Check whether the surface of the profile has oil, stains, marks, severe scratches etc., which affect the quality of the wood grain heat transfer effect. If it is not treated as unqualified (use the rag to remove the oil stain).
3. The temperature in the oven is set to a temperature of 180 to 190 ° C
(the specific temperature is determined according to the transfer material used), and the rapid heating temperature of the oven body is determined (the constant temperature is determined according to the performance of the machine).
4. Sublimation process:
4.1 Brush type (suitable for large-area profiles, high labor costs for small profiles and irregular profiles extrusion)
4.1.1 Take the prepared aluminum profile and use the special glue for heat transfer to check the front side of the wood grain paper and the front side of the aluminum profile. Check whether there is any damage, bubble or uncovered surface. After being sent to the oven for baking (the temperature is determined according to the condition of wood grain paper), the wood grain paper is torn off and the surface can be cleaned.
4.2 Vacuum type (applicable to large and small profiles and irregular profile materials, high production efficiency for irregular profiles)
4.2.1 Put the wood grain transfer surface of the wood grain paper on the operation table, and the wood grain paper must be longer than the workpiece.
4.2.2 Cover aluminum profiles with wood grain paper and fix the paper ends with high-temperature adhesive tape to prevent the grain paper from loosening. (Check if the wood grain surface of the paper is attached to aluminum profiles and the wood grain paper should not be wrinkled or damaged)
4.2.3 The covering plastic bag with high-temperature resistance and good sealing property is covered on aluminum profiles wrapped by the wood grain heat transfer paper, and the cross-section of the different size profiles are made of a suitable high-temperature resistant covering the plastic bag. (When covering a plastic bag, one end of aluminum profile can be covered with the cloth to prevent scratching the bag)
4.2.4 Pay attention to the reserved length of the plastic bag at both ends, 15cm for the vacuuming end and 22-25cm for the other end for easy knotting and sealing.
Enough spare length is also easy to reuse.
4.2.5 Put one end of the plastic bag on the vacuum valve, find the valve, and slowly vacuum until the plastic bag can fully and effectively stick to aluminum profiles. The vacuum pressure should be appropriately adjusted according to the characteristics of the substrate to be transferred and the negative pressure that the plastic bag can withstand.
4.2.6 The temperature in the oven is set to a temperature of 180 to 190 ° C (the specific temperature is determined according to the transfer material used), and the rapid heating temperature of the oven body is determined (the constant temperature is determined according to the performance of the machine).
4.2.7 Unpack one end of the sublimated aluminum profile and pull it out from the other end and do it up, it can be reused. Remove the wood grain paper from the sublimated profile and operate 2-3 pieces aluminum profiles to increase the paper removing speed.
4.2.8 Inspect the sublimated aluminum profile surface after the wood grain paper is removed and pick out the profile with quality defects.
