The working temperature of the aluminum dross in aluminium dross machine must be well controlled, preferably around 800 degrees.

If the temperature is too high, the stirrer can be damaged and it is easy to melt.

If the temperature is too low, aluminium metal cannot be separated from aluminium dross, so the dross temperature is the key point.

In addition, the dross must be stirred evenly and fully during the stirring process, after it is evenly and fully stirred, the recovery rate will be better, and the aluminium liquid will be sent to the furnace for recovery or cast into the ingot directly.
