Brightstar UBC shredder is one new model machine that our company technicians developed based on international advanced technology, which can not only improve the production capacity and crushing efficiency, but also expand the application scope.
Application
Brightstar UBC shredder can be used for all kinds of waste UBC, drink cans, beer cans, Red Bull cans, metal bottles, paint barrels, waste sheet iron, tin cans ETC, the cans can be broken into mass particles, which can reduce transportation cost, improve melting speed in the feeding for the UBC scraps.

Forklift→Feeding hopper( speed adjustable)→Shredder→Dust collecting→conveying belt →magnetic separator→Conveying→Sorting and bagging

The automatic button control, safe and convenient;
The safety identification and safety labels, to ensure safe use;
Equipped with one set of spiral type feeding hopper, forklift feed the materials into the hopper, the conveying belt send the materials uniformly for the crushing, the feeding speed stepless adjustable;
Equipped with one set of conveyor, the crushed particles will be made magnetic separating through the conveying belt, separating iron and aluminium for different storage;
Equipped with one set of bag dust collector, can absorb the dust effectively in the production, reduce the pollution and improve working environment.
