Main applications
BS round hydraulic tilting holding furnace is mainly used for aluminum liquid standing and heat preservation, aluminum alloy high temperature melting, aluminum liquid refining and blending, preparation for casting and hydraulic tilting released casting, especially for the manufacture of high-quality aluminum alloy products such as aluminum alloy rods, aluminum logs and aluminum plates etc.
It is one kind of high efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly machine.
Structural Features and Performance of round hydraulic tilting aluminium holding furnace
1.It is composed of a round furnace body, automatic burner, hydraulic tilting equipment and laser stream-flow control system, etc..
2.All the furnace shell, bottom, outside reinforcement and the fixed mount are welded with GB high quality steel plates and structural steels. The main working lining are cast by non-stick aluminum pouring piece by piece; the other parts are constructed by relevant refractory and thermal insulation materials.
3. The combined type of furnace door and its frame is made of a number of pieces of heat-resistant cast iron, which effectively avoids the deformation and cracking caused by high-temperature expansion. It is convenient and fast for maintenance.
4.One set or two sets of automatic burners are equipped to realize the automatic blowing, automatic ignition, ultraviolet ray flame testing, temperature control heating, natural gas consumption adjustment, furnace pressure control and consumption-supporting pressure adjustment.
5. One set of hydraulic pressure systems is equipped to guarantee the normal single tilting releasing and meanwhile another set is prepared for standby application in case that the spare hydraulic pressure system can work at any time through the change-over switch and automatic or manually operated valve when the existing set breaks down.
6.Laser stream-flow control device is adapted to effectively control and guarantee the constant flowing rate and volume of aluminum liquid in the sluice and automatically control the flow rate so as to maintain stable casting.
