Slant furnace door, flat head rectangular shape, the furnace door and the furnace top will be made by solid casting; the liner will be built by alumina brick, steel structure.

The furnace will be equipped with 2 sets of the diesel combustion engine(other fuel is ok). 

The furnace door goes up and down automatically.

Deep well system (billet length 6 meters)

The size of deep well 2500X 2500X8000mm (made by the buyer and we offer the drawings)

The deep well caster 1 set (including traction system, well structure and lifting platform)

Casting mold 

φ80 billet one set  ( casting 10T aluminum liquid one time)

Water system  one set(including pump and 5＂ water pipe 30 meters, filter and valves)

Billet cutter  one set (including one set of billet cutter and the roller table 12 meters)
