Thermal break aluminum profiles production process flow

The main production technology is the use of “strip feeding and rolling”.

No matter it is imported or domestic equipment for heat insulated aluminum profile production line, the thermal break aluminum profile production line adopts the “three-step method” production process, that is, knurling, strip feeding, rolling processes.

Some companies use the “two-step” production process to synchronize the knurling and the strip feeding, but the basic principle is the same and only the process time is shortened.

The process flow is:

Aluminum profiles on operating platform→ protective film sticking → knurling →strip feeding→ rolling → insulation cavity filled polyurethane foam → packaging.

 

1. Mainly to check the appearance quality and size specifications of profiles.

 

The inner and outer aluminum profiled profiles can be anodized or electrostatic powder coated profiles.

 

The inner and outer aluminum profile processing profiles can also be made of different color ingredients, and connected by a broken bridge to form inner and outer two-colors aluminum profile alloy doors and windows product.

 

2.The second process is to apply a protective film to protect the surface quality of aluminum profile from damage during processing and handling.

3.Knurling is a key process, mainly in the formation of a serrated tooth path in the inner wall of the thermal break aluminum profile. The polyvinyl chloride strips are feed by rolling and fix together.

4.The stripping and rolling processes are important process. The strip feeding is feeding thermal barrier strip, into the tooth track of the insulated aluminum profile through the strip feeding device, and then passes through the rolling equipment. The insulated aluminum profiled profile is pressed together with a polyvinyl chloride strip.

5 The insulating cavity filled polyurethane foam process is for the foamed heat-insulating aluminum profile. The aluminum profile is placed in the two-component metering compounder, and is naturally foamed by pouring into the heat-insulating cavity through the mixing nozzle.
