Dated from 11th November to 14th November 2019, Brightstar Aluminum Machinery team visited some Delhi existing alloys customers and potential alloys customers there.
Aim for technical improvement and pollution control system, improve the production efficiency, make the normal production without black smoke, save the production cost and increase the benefit, we visited 4 alloys factories and meet the management and production department in the past 4 days.
We offered our solution for the existing problems and production headaches in the operation for our existing aluminium alloys customers and potential customers:
1.Equipment updating and proper and reasonable design for the flow chart, improve the production efficiency, save the labor cost, make the product more competitive in the market.
For examples, we can use the most popular technology for aluminum casting scarps and mixed scraps melting, such as Group melting furnace, the first furnace is continuous melting for scraps, the second furnace is for alloying, the third furnace is refining, degassing and casting;
for chips and turning, aluminium chips side well vortex double chamber melting furnace is recommended.
2.Technical upgrading of existing equipment
For some existing customers, they can use regenerative burner to replace the common burner, for the casting machine, they can use Robert stacker to improve the production efficiency.
3.Pollution control in the workshop
As there is high pollution in Delhi Area of India, it is difficult to run the continuous production without the pollution control equipment in the coming future, so our suggestion is pulse baghouse dust collector. No black smoke and high emission standard and exhausting can meet the government request.
The earlier you use, the more you will get for the production.
4.Aluminium dross processing system
At this moment, some customers still use ground furnace for dross recovery and ground separating natural cooling, which has lower recovery rate and high labor cost.
Our aluminium dross recycling system are 4 in 1 completed system, from dross extraction, dross cooling, grinding and crushing and sieving can be done in one machine.
5.Aluminium scrap sorting and separating improvement,
Gravity sorting, magnetic separator, oscillating table and sieving machine etc can be used for our India customers to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost.
