Aluminium dross machine is also known as the dross processing machine (DPM), its main function is extracting most aluminium metal from the dross in a mechanical way. 

It is suitable for all aluminum processing factories that use metal aluminum as raw material and melt metal aluminum as the production process, such as electrolytic aluminum factories, aluminum alloy factories, aluminum casting factories and extrusion factories.

This machine is applied to separate aluminum from aluminum dross generated in the production process of the furnaces, so that the aluminum metal content in the aluminum dross is reduced from 40-60% to less than 5%.  

It is a typical material-saving and energy-saving machine.

Compared with the cold processing method of aluminum dross, this machine has the advantages of less metal burning loss, energy saving and environmental protection, a short production process and less equipment investment.
