Here is the safe operation process for aluminum profiles sand blasting machine:

1. The air tank, pressure gauge and safety valve of the automatic sand blasting machine should be checked regularly.

The gas tank discharges dust once every two weeks, and the filter in the sand tank is inspected once a month.

2. Check if the automatic blasting machine vent pipe and automatic blasting machine door are sealed.

Five minutes ago before the work, the ventilation and dust removal equipment must be turned on. When the ventilation and dust removal equipment has failure, the automatic sand blasting machine is prohibited.

3. Protective articles must be worn before work, and the automatic sand blasting machine is not allowed to operate with a naked arm.

4. The compressed air valve of the automatic sand blasting machine should be opened slowly, and the air pressure must not exceed 0.8MPa.

5. The blasting particle size should be compatible with the work requirements, generally between 10 and 20 mesh, and the abrasive materials should be kept dry.

6. When the automatic sand blasting machine is working, prohibit the unrelated person to get close to the machine. When cleaning and adjusting the operating part, please make sure the machine is off.

7. It is not allowed to use the compressed air of an automatic sand blasting machine to remove the dust.

8. After the work, the automatic sand blasting machine dust removal equipment should continue to run for five minutes and then shut down to discharge indoor dust and keep the site clean.
